Chrome Bentley. Why? because it can be done. This Bentley owner wanted something different and found a company in Los Angeles to make his dream car pop. It's a simple adhesive wrap that's applied to the paint of the vehicle. They offer almost any color and sheen.

New Customer with his 1995 #bentley   Continental in for service work today.  During the vehicle inspection, Tech Noticed a fuel line under the intake manifold had been seeping fuel.  He re-started the engine and took another look and found the fuel line leaking under pressure.

We called the customer to make him aware of the issue.  He admitted the fuel smell has been going on for a while and was glad that it was finally found.

We saved our new Bentley customer $1200 by having the fuel line's rebuild rather that using factory parts. The rebuild using extreme duty fuel injection hose and hard crimped for long life.

Call for your next service appointment.  All repair's include a 3 year 36 month parts and labor warranty.

I wouldn't call this a "James Bond" car but its still pretty cool drivers.  This 2009 #bentley   Mulliner body came in with alarm system faults.  The alarm siren kept activating while being driven down the road or even parked in the garage.  Customer finally used his owners manual to locate and removed the necessary fuses to deactivate the system.  He was then able to get a good nights sleep and brought the car in the next morning.

My Bentley Rolls tech traced the fault back to the aux battery located in the trunk.  The battery had no voltage, the alarm system mistook this information and thought the car was being stolen which activated the alarm siren.  Tech replaced the battery and reset the system.  Customer will get another good night sleep now.

Call or come by for your next battery check or service appointment.

1999 Bentley Arnage in for some electrical work.  Vehicle was towed in do to a no crank issue.  Customer told us that the Bentley has been sitting for a few months and the battery disconnect switch had never been turned off. #rollsroyce   & #bentley   motor cars as with many other #european cars will drain the battery down usually within 3 to 4 weeks if not driven.  This was that same case.  The customer decided to jump start the completely dead battery from another car with jumper cable.  The car started and he decided to let the car idle for a half hour or so to recharge the battery.  This in turn put excessive strain on the charging system and caused the alternator to stop charging.

We ended up having to replace the alternator and battery to cure his problem.  We advised him if this is to happen again, were the cars battery gets to very low state of charge. He should charge the battery with a battery charger or leave the battery jumper cable on for at least a half hour to give the battery a half charge.  This will help keep the alternator from having to work so hard to recharge a dead battery.

Don't forget to use your Battery cut off switch and or battery trickle charger for cars that sit for prolonged periods of time.  That way when you go to drive the vehicle they'll most likely start for you.

Call if you ever have any questions about jump starting or battery charging.  We want to help in anyway possible

Bentley Customer came in today with his 2009 Flying Spirit. His main complaint was vibration at 80+ MPH. Said it could be felt in the seat of his pants at those speeds. He also mention that the tires had been balance at 3 different tire shops and they all said that the tires were perfectly balanced and the issue was most likely a drive line issue.

Lucky for us we have a Hunter Road Force tire balancing machine for verifying tire problems. The difference between a regular balance machine vs. a Road Force machine is that a road force machine puts 1800 lbs. of pressure during the balance process. Which in turn will calculate the lbs out of round the tire is.  On an average passenger car tire, any thing more than 20lbs of road force is considered a faulty tire.
We checked all 4 tires and found that the two rear tires had excessive Road Force under pressure.  We replace the  rear tires and guess what no more vibration.

2005 Bentley Continental GT in for some suspension work.
Customer noticed an air suspension warning lamp on dash and made a good choice to have the vehicle towed in. My Rolls/ Bentley tech found one of the front Air Struts blown. We recommended to replace both front air struts at the same time with re-manufactured air struts.  Using the re-man struts can save $1000's in parts cost that we pass along to our customers. We can still offer the 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty for all re-manufactured parts we sell.

The Bentley is standing tall and driving right again. And of course the customer is all smiles with the big savings we gave him.
