If you want a super quick dinner, here is one that is ready in about 20 minutes from the book Good Housekeeping

SHRIMP AND ZUCCHINI SCAMPI
you'll need: 1 pound linguine
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 medium zucchini, sliced
4 garlic cloves, chopped or just the powder
3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup white wine or any white you have would be fine
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel and if you don't have the lemon peel I use lemon juice.
Chopped parsley for garnish and if you want you can shred some Parmesan on top

Cook pasta as label directs. In 12 inch skillet, heat oil over medium high heat; add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes or until cooked through, turning once. Transfer shrimp to plate. To same skillet, add zucchini,garlic,and butter;cook for 3 minutes. Add wine and salt; cook for 2 minutes, stirring and scrapping bits from bottom of pan. Remove from heat . Return shrimp to skillet along with cooked pasta, cooking wine, and lemon peel or juice; garnish with parsley.
This recipe is about 460 calories, 31 g protein, 60 g carbohydrate and 216 mg sodium.

A BULLY IN MY LIFE! can you believe this? at my age (which I'm not going to say but I'm mature enough, hehehe) my kids gave me this present on Mother's day, but it is a BULLY, he buzz at me and says "let's go for a stroll", "you need to make so many steps" and then, after I walk he buzz again and says "easy peasy" and he keeps buzzing and saying things like that all day long!

Good day my readers, do you want to eat something healthy ,fast and easy to make?
Well here you have chicken wraps ( you can add whatever meat you want)
get a chicken fillet
spinach wrap tortilla
chop some lettuce, carrots (I use the small carrots and cut them along the length), red pepper, pickles if you want, and pour any kind of dressing you like.
Put everything on top of the tortilla, roll it putting the ends inside and there you have a wrap , cut it in half and "voilá, bon appétit !"
This recipe is low in calories and healthy!

Just a few of you know him but those that meet him learn to love him because he's a very sweet young man who's always trying to help. He is kind, gentle, responsible, funny, talkative,sincere and no matter what age you are he always treats you in an adequate manner. This week after having his testicle removed the Dr didn't have an end to it , He'll need chemo because his scans didn't come out as expected, but he is strong and positive and with God on his side , family and friends united in prayers we will fight this .
Remind your kids,grandkids,or any male in the family to touch their bodies, to know themselves so they'll notice any difference, don't be shy to say if you feel something different.
Hope your weekend is well my readers, be safe, happy and free.

I won't be posting for a few days due to my son's health, but I want to advise everyone if you have young children or grandkids to remind them to examine their bodies, if they feel something weird not to be ashamed to let you as a parent or as a grandparent to know what's going on. Sometimes it is a matter of time that they can be saved. Cancer doesn't have ethnicity or religion, it happens to everyone, and some types of cancer it is just a myth that it will happen only to old people.
