OOur thoughts and prayers are with the people of Alexandria, Virginia, our Capitol Police, first responders, Congress members and their staff, and all others affected. Having endured intimidation and threats first hand for running for elected office is a terrifying experience. For the love of my students that I have lost to inner-city violence, that I know who are looking from Heaven. I intend to keep my promise in making our cities, country, and the world a better place to live, that I promised them when they asked to first run for elected office, no matter how many threats I endure. I am dedicated to working with both Democrats and Republicans to forge bipartisan cooperation to stop fighting and start fixing.

We have to start working together, Democrat or Republican to leave a better tomorrow for our children. As an Independent, I am committed to forging a new bipartisan fellowship. We are the greatest nation on earth because of our diversities in our ethnicities, faiths and political opinions.

I’m running for a new start, I’m running for us, and I’m very grateful for our diversities of ideas, hopes, and desires that make California the greatest place to live, work and raise a family for a better tomorrow for all Californians; documented and undocumented. For genuine bipartisan cooperation, we must hold as many vigorous, public and civil debates on the important issues. No state should remain an overwhelming one-party state, beholden to the special interests of a single political party, be it Republican or Democrat.

Remaining silent is a dangerous disservice to our democracy and all voters. California is the most populated, most prosperous state in the US, and the most forward-thinking place in the world. We have genuinely important issues like smaller class size, Constitutional right to life for the soon to be born, immigrant rights, job creation, and climate change and so many more issues to publicly debate as candidates so we can begin working together to start building solutions.

I hope and pray my fellow candidates, Democrats and Republicans will distinguish each other as Californians first, and not by party affiliation. It's time to work together and start fixing. We are and always will be a country of one nation under God. God Bless California and America!

"I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one" (John 17:21)

According to some media outlets on Tuesday, June13th, 2017, Senate Republicans would not permit film interviews with senators in the hallways. Senate Democrats in 2001 attempted a similar ban for print media. As an Independent Candidate for California Governor in 2018, I will empower our media, both mainstream and independent, with unprecedent access to our government 24/7. This is why once again I had to take the first steps for unconditional transparency by creating yet another site called WWW.GOVERNOR.MEDIA.

As an Independent, as you may know, this campaign will also require a strong and organized grassroots organization. I have already spoken with many of you and our media, I have carefully listened to your concerns and expectations. I am eager to work with you and our media. I am a proud supporter of our ICIJ and the Offshore Leaks Database. I will pledge to remain faithful to our Federal Constitution by working hard to protect and expand our First Amendment, Free Press Clause and Free Flow of Information Act.

Our local, state and Federal elections have been compromised for a while now. This is one very important reason why I never accepted money, directly or indirectly, from within the USA or from foreign nationals for my campaigns. Both Democrats and Republicans have undermined, directly and indirectly, our elections integrity, security, and accuracy. I have experienced and witness election intimidation, undue influence, and fraud first hand as a candidate at local, state and Federal level. I openly challenge my fellow California gubernatorial candidates like Democrats John Chiang, Delaine Eastin, Gavin Newsom, and Antonio Villaraigosa, and Republicans John H. Cox, Rosey Grier, Allen Ishida on election reform. Inaction is silent support. Inaction is silent support. The truth must not be denied nor hidden in a democracy. Justice delayed is justice denied. It's time to put our country first and not a political party. It's time to stop the mass surveillance on citizens like you and me and instead "We The People" need mass surveillance on our elected officials and government to uncover the truth and nothing but the truth. It's time for a Government of the People, by the People, for the People of California!

Volunteer today!

As an Independent, as you may know, this campaign will also require a strong and organized grassroots organization. I have already spoken with many of you, have carefully listened to your concerns and expectations. I am eager to work with you and your friends.

Committed volunteers are needed to share our campaign mission for keeping families together, smaller class sizes for our schools, environmental protection for food security, renewable energy, genuine election reform by removing money from politics and so much more. I know as a veteran inner-city educator that universal education is a human rights issue. We have to eliminate student debt once and for all. All Californians deserve quality healthcare regardless of income. Universal healthcare is an investment in our human capital, and a healthier community is a more productive workforce for our economy.

I propose a controlled, safe, Christian amnesty pathway to citizenship for our undocumented daughters, sons, mothers and fathers living in California. We don't have an immigration problem; we have a human rights opportunity to show our better angles as believers in a higher calling. We are all Californians.

As your next California Governor, I will lead the legislation in California and Congress on IRS tax reform to address tax evasion, and offshore tax havens. I am a proud supporter of our ICIJ and the Offshore Leaks Database. I will pledge to remain faithful to our Federal Constitution by working hard to protect and expand our First Amendment, Free Press Clause and Free Flow of Information Act. I will say and do what is best for California and America when neither the Democrat or Republican party establsiments will not. Such as the former NSA employee and whistleblower Edward Snowden. I have and will continue to advocate that Edward Snowden is offered full immunity in return for full testimony. We have the most elected members of our United States Congress in California than any other state. I will work hard with our members to make to offer full immunity for Edward Snowden for full public testimony.

You might ask what one person can do? A lot, as a volunteer you can contact voters via social media, e-mail or telephone to arrange a meet-and-greet, besides canvassing door-to-door, to let voters know about our election. As you can imagine, I cannot do this alone. Both Republican and Democrat establishments do not want an Independent candidate in a debate asking and answering the difficult questions like SB 400 (state government pension obligations), funding for schools and more.

That is why I am inviting Californians who want our government to return to what it originally was meant to be - a representative form of government for ordinary citizens like you and me. Join our Indendepent campaign and help make a real difference for California and America. Our democracy needs your voice more than ever to ask the hard questions and demand answers. We are not here to ask other people for their hard-earned money. We will not ever ask people for money that career politicians always do, that have done so much harm to our democracy, intentionally or unintentionally. I am and always have been a self-funded Independent candidate. I will not accept money, directly or indirectly, from superPACs, lobbyists, banks, unions, or foreign governments. I am running for California Governor with my money so why can't the other candidates do the same? Matter of fact, I am running a campaign that involves the entire geographical area of California; why can't our other candidates running for elected offices like city council and Congress say no to outside money from superPACs, lobbyists, banks, unions, or foreign governments like I do?

I have family and friends that are Democrat and Republican. I have never belonged to the Republican nor Democrat political establishments. I had challenged both the Republican and Democrat establishments as an Independent candidate, when I knew and experienced injustices, and felt the clear and present danger to our families, democracy, national security, environment, and economy. We are proud to have volunteers that are from many backgrounds, faiths, and professions. We have volunteers that are Democrat, Republican, Libertarian, and many others. It's time to put California first and not a political party, superPAC, lobbyist, bank, union, or a foreign government interest.

Be the change you want to be, be different, vote Independent!

Thank you in advance for your encouragement and support. I look forward to hearing from you.

As a volunteer, you will learn about policy making (legislation, domestic and foreign affairs), journalism (press releases, proofreading, etc.) and technology (web design, social media, etc.).

Thank you in advance for your encouragement and support. I look forward to hearing from you.

Be the change you want to be. Be diferent. Vote Independent!

Why vote for an Independent Candidate for California Governor?

There are many reasons why I am asking for your vote in 2018. I will share some of the reasons with you now. Democrat or Republican, I will always treat you as fellow Californians first and foremost.

I believe being patriotic, transparent and fair are not mutually exclusive ideas to one political party. Like I have stated before I have family and friends that are Democrat and Republican. I am an Independent Candidate because I am willing, eager and committed to working WITH both Democrats and Republicans to get the job done. For far too long both the Democrat and Republican party leadership have benefited immensely from dividing Californians like you and me, and other Americans. It’s time we Californians put our California families first and the Democrat and Republican party second.

My family and friends love our California equally. My family and friends that either Democrat or Republican have very different ideas about life, liberty, and solutions to our problems confronting California and America. Our hopes for a prosperous, inclusive, tolerant and safe California must be our single commonality we share as Californians.

It’s time to demand our elected officials, Democrat and Republican alike, from both the Democrat and Republican political parties to stop fighting and start fixing. I have refused all monetary campaign contributions for many reasons. Like then, like now, one important reason is that I will not work FOR the DNC (Democratic National Committee), Republican Party, lobbyists, banks, and unions but I will work WITH them for the absolute bests interest of the People, by the People and for the People of California.

Most importantly, I will not put a price tag on our kids, especially the ones I have lost to the streets as an inner-city educator. I will not take a photoshoot in a classroom and use our children as a propaganda tool for politics promoting one political party over another. The enormous honor and privilege of taking pictures with of our students in the classroom or school should only be for the hardworking educators that are there every day.

I believe in school choice that is realistic and fair. I legislate for our public dollars to be spent for public schools only. Private sector dollars for our charter schools. The most immediate and meaningful solution to improving our schools for our kids is smaller class size. Any other discussion on how to improve our schools to honestly compete with China, India and the rest of the world, is either misguided, misinformed or disingenuous. Smaller class size means building more schools. This election will require all candidates to speak up and answer difficult questions about money, bonds, taxes, pensions obligations and other funding issues like SB 400.

Tomorrow's workforce of China, India and other countries will not wait for our schools in California and the United States to catch up. We have to act now. I openly challenge my fellow candidates to put politics aside for the sake of our kids, educators, and schools. We have to act now and publicly discuss uncomfortable issues to answer politically difficult questions such as; The California bill SB 400, signed by California Governor Gray Davis in 1999. Why there is no real taxpayer representation for CalPERS, six of the agency’s 13 board members are chosen by public employees; the others are elected officials and their appointees. Why can't all California taxpaying voters democratically vote for all the board members of CalPERS?

I am for generous pension benefits for teachers (high school, middle school, and elementary school) and our law enforcement (peace officers actually on the beat, street, and roads). Please note when I say teachers, I mean teachers in the actual classroom that are with our kids day and day out, not just people working in education as consultants in an administration building removed from the actuals school building.

Civil servants working in government, and especially elected officials like governors, mayors, city council members and legislators, I am against any pension whatsoever for our elected officials. No elected office should ever be a lifetime career of favoritism and patronage. Career politicians from both the Democrat and Republican parties have hurt our democracy. This one important reason for election reform removing money from politics, term limits and election reform just to name a few, are so important to help our democracy be a representative form of government from the People, by the People, for the People.

I will not participate in the foreign and domestic money-laundering-like schemes that are undermining our election process under the guise of Super-PACs, and questionable business deals with no tax returns made public for review by ordinary Americans like you and me. Come 2018, and I am your Independent Candidate for California Governor. I am here to start fixing by working hard and fast with Democrats and Republicans alike, to get the job done!
As you can see our campaign is just getting started becasue both the Democrat and Republican establishments, do not want to be asked the difficult questions that demand answers. Like I stated above, I am ready as your Independent California Governor to work hard and fast on the important issues that many candidates are hiding, refusing and are afraid to debate in front of voters like you publicly. I am ready to call out Democrats and Republicans alike. Doing business as usual stops with me as your next elected Independent California Governor in 2018. Let’s get to work!

God Bless California & America!
