Must protect! Saying Indigenous peoples help to fight Climate Change! Arigatou! Ms Kika De Silva! Badman Nishioka/rainforest action group,/guardian.vom report:****Speaking ahead of key climate talks in Bonn next month she urged politicians to recognise that indigenous communities around the world were the most effective custodians of millions of hectares of forest “which act as the world’s lungs”.
“Indigenous people’s rights need to be protected in the best way possible, not just for them but because they are also able to provide solutions to many of the world’s problems from climate change to biological diversity.

‘Indigenous peoples are the best guardians of world's biodiversity’
A recent study found that a quarter of the carbon stored above ground in the world’s tropical forests is found in the collectively managed territories of indigenous peoples and local communities.
In Brazil, deforestation in indigenous community forests from 2000 to 2012 was less than 1%, compared to 7% outside those areas.

Before Paris Accord made the decision, now USA and Syria remain only. The carbon emissions become flat in the last year to this year. But the scientist analisysis's researching still continue bad temperature! So we should reduce all energy, and the dangerous energy must change! For the future, the cattle's gas especially beefs meat will be troubles, and Deforestations! Badman Nishioka/rainforest action group

Badman Nishioka/ Historical many countries agreed Paris Accord! By 2015, Guardian news!**Paris Accord agree in Dec. 2015

The governments of more than 190 nations will gather in Paris to discuss a possible new global agreement on climate change, aimed at reducing global greenhouse gas emissions and thus avoiding the threat of dangerous climate change.

Why now?
Current commitments on greenhouse gas emissions run out in 2020, so at Paris governments are expected to produce an agreement on what happens for the decade after that at least, and potentially beyond

2030 projection- So how do the pledges line up?
Countries can give the UN any baseline year for their carbon cuts, making them hard to compare. Here we’ve lined up all the pledges as a percentage against a 2012 baseline. It’s a crude method – for example Japan’s emissions were high that year, making it look more ambitious than it is – so it should not be read as a ranking.

Badman Nishioka/rainforest action group/. Can Paris Accord make? Guadian news report: Global carbon emissions from burning fossil fuels have seen “almost no growth” for a third consecutive year, according to figures released as world leaders begin to arrive in Marrakech for a UN climate summit.
Trump presidency a 'disaster for the planet', warn climate scientists
After zero growth in emissions last year, researchers at the University of East Anglia (UEA) have forecast a rise of just 0.2% for 2016, signalling a break from the average 2.3% year-on-year increases in CO2 output from fossil fuels until 2013. The rise in 2014 was 0.7%.
Growth in emissions has stalled despite global economic growth exceeding 3% a year, and is mainly down to China burning less coal, according to a study in the journal Earth System Science Data.
