A quick dinner assembling after a long day for both of us. We've gotten a nice bunch of asparagus at the airport's mart. You won't find such a nice asparagus in Malaysia for that price! SGD3.40!

Shio Koji Japanese Sweet Potato

This is the first time I'm attempting to have Japanese sweet potatoes as my side dish INSTEAD of dessert. After making it, I have decided it SHOULD stays as dessert instead.

Garlic Honey #Pork Belly

This is the same recipe used for my quick and easy Garlic Honey Pork Belly. Stock of your choice is needed to reduce during cooking to avoid the whole dish being too salty.

Gochujang Grilled #Pork #Ribs

This recipe does not requires marinading time. But you'll need to slow boil the pork ribs for a while before grilling.

Best bit is, when you're done with the boiling, the water used can becomes your stock for next cooking!

#Thai Braised #Chicken Wings

I've cooked this in a rice cooker. Set it to cook for 90 minutes (Soup) after browning the meat. You're able to cook it in a pot over low heat for longer time to further soften the meat with fuller taste!

The preparation is really simple and quick. The cook time varied between using a rice cooker, slow cooker, pressure cooker or pot over stove method. So many cooking gadgets out there these days! ♪♪♪ ヽ(・ˇ∀ˇ・ゞ)

Gochujang is a type of hot pepper paste found commonly in #Korean cuisine. You'll find this taste very familiar if you've tasted any of the Korean food!

Shio Koji is the magic to bring out the natural sweetness of your #meat   #seafood  and even #vegetable !

If you're unable to get it off shelf near your favourite mart, try purchasing it online if you're outside #Japan

Hambagu is like a Japanese version of Salisbury Steak which goes really well with boiled rice. This is the first time I tried making it in #Airfryer

If you don't have Tonkatsu Sauce in hand, try mixing ketchup (70%), water(15%) and shoyu/soy sauce (5%). Add some sugar to taste and mix well.
