Dear followers a prying question and I hope those familiar and into Photography, can give some opinions and insight..as i really need that!

But what Camera to get in 2017 if you 1st of all don't want to break the bank (500$ish Budget)!, 2nd need decent quality output with a decent lens that shoots anything between close-up/macro till landscape and night sky..or perhaps two lenses..

Mirrorless or Dslr?

What brand?
Right now im considering a Sony a6000 , a Nikon 5300 or something comparable from Canon or any other brand.

On one hand I like compact formfactor as we also need to carry and bring the gear with along with us! On the other hand a too small Camera is just not that credible Incase of a small photoshoot..looks do sell as well๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿค”

Than i dont want it to be an too old model as well its new era with connection options etc..so I'd like to be able to transfer the photos from the camera on to the phone or tablet to edit them.on the fly Without interference from needing a wifi Network or pc and bunch of cables. Private wifi or nfc!!

I need a fullfledge manual mode that also does longexposure 30sec or more, preferably have a bulb mode and remote control connection!

Easy to use & in the field operational menu structure and buttons.

What to friggin pick??

Dear Google+ and followers of my Collections,

Due to some new developments in my personal life, I'm required to refocus and evaluate some of my goals, and restructure the spending of my spare time.
So this will affect my time spend on posting and Photography as well. You probably will get to see me around less often!

I won't be off completely as still Photography is sort of a hobby and every now and then we need to vent that.

But I hope for all of you to maintain a good time here even while it'll be less frequently updated.

Live and love your life and I hope to keep seeing you all around sometimes..

Cheers,

Isn't that a awesome phone mount!?
All alloy build, direct tripod standardized fixture, 1/4" thread. Screwed in clamp for secure holding, horseshoe mount, and folds away flush with the tripod when collapsed in traveling position!

For 15euro coming with a small tabletop tripod handgrip as well.

Afterall i did decide to add another ballhead to the collection, and it is an amazing one!

The dual Panning function is superb and such a good solution to a practicality issue!

Many ballheads have separate panning knobs, yet most of them have it right under the ball itself. Leading up to the requirement of you always having to set your tripod center column perfectly vertical, otherwise it'll spiral slanted when Panning!

Now our world isn't exactly flat and so isn't the surface we work on! So to get that darn tripod leveled you need that bubblehead and working with the legs individually to correct it right!?

Well sure some tripods(smarter ones, more expensive) have a base module that can level horizontal regardless of the leg positioning. But than again a smart thing costs smart money!

Now see here why this ballhead head is fantastic, see that secondary panning function right on top of the ball..?
No more need for fooling around with the legs! And at whatever angle that column will be, there always is another leveled pan! Than also underneath the mounting plate there is a 2nd bubblehead to set it dead horizontal if you really need that flush.

Than ontop of this smartness, the actual build quality is fantastic as well! Knobs being solid and grippy, motion of the fluid panning is damn solid as well (you don't want it to loose) so nice and buttery smooth with a desired resistance! Than the ball locking up like crazy in half a turn on the lever, holding up to 12kg. And also the lever can be set in such a way it never loosens the balljoint freely. Just at a gentle resistance to which you can angle the camera but where it doesn't knock down on you!

Than the price of it all..at around 30โ‚ฌ this probably is the best bargain you'll ever find on Amazon!

Don't know why our smartphone camera software always does such a low resolution job in auto-stitching the panoramic shots..i mean it is handy to have such a feature on the fly. Yet it drastically decrease the quality and amount of details and bring in those stitching artifacts.
Perhaps i should learn to stitch them myself on some good software!..any of you knowing a great application to do so? Preferably a Android application..if not, pc program is fine aswell.

Thanks,

New gear!

Got myself a nice sturdy pimpstick!..
This monopod has been bought to enhance my stability when shooting macro shots.
It works a lot easier and faster to set up and works a bit like a pole when leaning towards the subject. The ballhead allows me to tilt the phone at any desired angle and provide a bit friction. That way i really can grab the phone steady handed and pressing the shutter without to much shake or loosing my own balance.

The monopod was around 30euro, and the ballhead is interchangeable from my tripod. Although I do consider getting another ballhead so I don't need to rebuild either of them.

Cheers!
