Othermod has made quite a bit of progress on his Raspberry Pi zero in a PSP 1000 board that facilitates replacing the innards of a PSP 1000 with a Raspberry Pi zero and therefore enhancing the functionality of the handheld tremendously.

NovaSpirit Tech shows us how you can make most of your Raspberry Pi's RAM by actually compressing the used RAM with ZRAM instead of using a much slower swap file on the SD card.

Check out the video.

NovaSpirit Tech shows off a do it yourself Raspberry Pi Laptop using a Motorola Atrix 4G Lapdock - this is mostly available in the US so viewers from other parts of the world might not be able to have access to this.

Wow, that is amazing. Looking forward to Pi2 review. I was an Amiga freak for many years (A500 to A1200 PPC in a tower). Still an amazing OS for many reasons. Most emulators are crap though, so I am really surprised at how well this does. Thanks!
Recommended games:
- Cannon Fodder series
- Alien Breed series
- Another World
- Sensible World of Soccer series (you will lose your life)
- Superfrog
- Defender of the Crown
- Speedball 2 - Brutal Deluxe (again, is so addictive)
- Gods (ancient, but brilliant)
- Civilisation
- Populous series
- Mega Lo Mania
- Apidya
- Super Skidmarks
- Rodland

Found this, for a list of top 10 platformers (as you seem to like that genre):

My good friend Ben from TRexSpaceStation got a Raspberry Pi3B and shows some RetroPie gameplay. All from a gamer's perspective.

Yeah, I switched from CP to BackInTime, after testing most of these others. BiT won in part due to its backup engine, which is just good ol' rsync, so the stored files are ... just files and no special utility is required for access.
