A day workshop 10-4pm in the surroundings of one of Scotland’s oldest inhabited castles, the workshop is limited to 12 attendees there are four parts to the day with opportunities for groups of 4 to work with the handlers taking portraits, action shots and in-flight where you can try to capture the fastest raptor on the wing.

Closeup raptor portraits, this is where you can really see the bird’s character and is my personal favourite type of bird photograph. Creating a portrait with character isn’t the same as a portrait shot if you think of a passport verses a character portrait, we want the personality to show through.
