Hi Wellness Warriors!

My group of Summer Slim-Downers graduate tomorrow from their 6-week body-mind transformation, and they KILLED IT! Everyone lost weight, but that's not even the best part! They also all lost their cravings to sugar, learned to tame their inner critic, developed self-love, and shifted their relationship with food for good!

And since that was such a huge success, I am ready for a new group, so WHO'S READY to finally learn what your body wants and needs AND how to make those new habits stick?

The first live session of the next group is Friday, July 29, 2016 at noon PST! I always record the sessions too, in case you can't join us live.

Who would have thought that a weight-loss program would be so much fun?!

This is NOT a diet. I have a different approach. I use mindset training, habit-building, and self-awareness to create the breakthroughs needed for lasting results, thereby taking willpower out of the equation.

So if your been wanting to release weight for good - in a healthy way - and want the support of like-minded people, this is for YOU!

If you're ready to feel amazing in your beautiful body, join me for this Summer Slim-Down Challenge!

I have been asked this question so many times that I have a sneaky suspicion you're probably confused and frustrated as well.

With so many conflicting messages filtering in daily about the BEST WAY to go about losing weight, being healthy, and preventing/reversing disease, we are left with a brain cramp. No wonder we want to give up before we even get started.

Another summer side: cauliflower steaks! So easy and delish too.

-3 garlic cloves sliced thinly
-1/2 head of cauliflower sliced into "steaks"
-1/4 white onion sliced thinly
-2 tbs capers
-2 tbs sun dried tomatoes
-2 tbs avocado oil

-In a cast-iron skillet, on medium heat, put oil in pan. Lay all cauliflower flat, season with salt/pepper, and cook on one side for about 8 mins (until golden).
-Flip with spatula, cook other side about 8 mins. Meanwhile, add garlic, onions, sun-dried tomatoes, and capers. Season with salt/pepper.
