This is why I hate these jerks who lie about sustainability and the environment. Especially the damn Socialist Greens. Anything socialism tries to press is doublethink and the proceeds go into Putin's fracking nuclear-crazy filthy coal oligarch pocket.

The biggest danger to the environment after Big Oil is fakes who claim to be the environment and sustainability but are just around to sucker people.

It's a nasty "bait and switch" scenario, just like Ralph Nader splitting the Democratic ticket when Al Gore was running. Damn him and his green 401k!
If he was really so fucking righteous he would have split the Republican ticket, instead of the Democratic ticket, just like angry old Bolshevik Bernie Sanders.

Do not be decieved by these totalitarian mindgamers.
The most famous international socialist was Adolf Hitler, and he ended up making a mess out of many German cities and wasting German lives as well as making stupid, methamphetamine-fueled battlefield decisions.

Do not get decieved by "Green Socialists." It's a big lie.

And yeah, I want a solar car.
A flying solar car.

I challenge everyone!

Become an "Olympic-level" meditator!
I didn't even know that they had this sort of designation for people like me, until I read this article. It explains a lot!

During the first session, a researcher instructed Mingyur, who had been hooked up to an EEG machine, to practice meditation to generate compassion for 60 seconds, rest for 30 seconds, then repeat the cycle three more times. As soon as Mingyur started meditating, the team of researchers was stunned by the unprecedented surge of electrical activity that appeared on the computer screens. At first, they thought Mingyur must have moved his head slightly, a common problem with EEG machines, which are notoriously sensitive to body movements. But as the session continued, Mingyur remained motionless, and every time the signal to meditate came on, the computers came alive the same way. “The lab team knew at that moment they were witnessing something profound, something that had never before been observed in the laboratory,” write Davidson and Goleman in their book. “None could predict what this would lead to, but everyone sensed this was a critical inflection point in neuroscience history.”

Is obsessing over yourself really such a great thing?

If your Facebook feed isn't full of self-care posts, let me fill you in: People have been reading and spreading tons of articles in which self-help gurus urge people to ignore global problems and focus on finding inner peace.

"How to Take the Weight of the World Off Your Shoulders," reads one such article. "5 Laws That Will Train Your Brain to Stop Worrying So You Can Be More Productive," reads another.

Some of these guides may be useful; constantly circling around anxieties is no way to live. But as "Rick and Morty" points out, this self-focused attitude, when taken too far, is sociopathic.

In one episode, Rick and Morty go through a machine that removes their "toxic" selves, leaving them "healthy." Toxic Rick and Morty, meanwhile, are left to wander around a hellish toxic universe.
