Our 30th anniversary of the Age UK Leeds Abbey Dash took place on 15 November and what a day it was!
Over 10,000 runners took to the wet and windy streets of Leeds to raise vital funds for Age UK. A massive well done to all the runners who managed to have a fantastic, albeit wet, run today!
The male winner was Dan Studley who won in an incredible time of 29:43! Charlotte Arter was our first placed female with a super speedy time of 33:02!

A massive well done and thank you to everyone who ran the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon yesterday for Age UK.
We had over 30 runners complete the run, all raising vital funds for Age UK. Have a look through our photo album to get a feel of what it's like to be part of Team Age UK.
A massive thank you also to our volunteers who were in fine voice as they cheered on our runners throughout the day.

Huge congratulations to all of our cyclists at Sunday's Ride London 100!
In very warm conditions our 30 cyclists navigated the Olympic cycle route with aplomb raising vital funds for Age UK that allow us to continue the work we do.
A big thank you also to the volunteers who came along to cheer on our riders.
