Started off very well; however, after the first year, management sprung water bills on top of the already 5% rate increase which eventually changed total rent over 10%. The staff are very friendly, but the members of management that work the office tend to be deaf to minor pricing concerns. When the garage door was broken, management did not find or provide parking for already paid for parking spots that were no longer accessible. The rates for the washer and dryer went up steeply in the middle of the year, and there are a number of machines that don't properly function and yet are never fixed; money is not replaced if the machine did not function properly. When water damage was found in our apartment from above, management did step up and paid for the replacement and service, but did not notify us when the repairmen were coming by and our bedroom was found in a mess with many of our personal belongings scattered.
