I used to live in this apartments until it became dangerous the security start smoking pot in the stairs and people start getting robbed in the emergency stairs now people are getting kill well is Oakland park what else can I say
Gorgeous views of lake. Spacious and Beautiful floor plans. Tammy from Leasing Office was very polite, honest and was so helpful.
I love this place because there is pease and quiet
Love the space
Nasty apartment.they sucks at leaning .I found 4 mice dead on a trap that I set.roaches ,garage container is always smelly.Love the view and the space but everything else sucks.if you are a day late you have to pay $75 late fee.I complain about the stove burners and they never fix them.I lived here since August 2015 and I regret moving in these apartment
Look it's true the floor plans are very spacious and a really great price but the only building that's taken care of is the one that has the leasing office. All the other buildings stink, the carpets are filthy, the elevators are slow and constantly broken or have some filthy substance on the floor. Again they do have beautiful views of the lake but then your air is always broken. Also it's a gated community but the gate is always broken and when it is fixed you are constantly letting strangers who wait outside the gate because there is no security guard in the front tower. Plus all they do is sleep while they ride around in their stupid ass golf carts. What is the point in having gate security if they let everyone in anyway. There are pluses to this place but there are double the things wrong with it.
great place....if u enjoy crack cocaine and beer...this is the place for you....
I love the staff. I love living here in paradise. Most people that move here stay. Spacious floor plans and amenities like the gym, pool and park. Great place. Great people.

The place is cheap, clean and it has an amazing view. On their 2 bedroom units, they even have first month free special. One bedrooms are even better, because they are as big as the 2 bedroom but you gain the second bedroom in living area. Overall great place. As far as the management, I don't like Natasha, she has zero people skills, very cold and does not belong anywhere near people. Juan Carlos is a real serious person and very straight forward, but he does warm up after a while. William is gentleman and a class act. The buildings were older people housing originally, most of which have moved out. The few remaining don't like to have anyone around them. The elevators are not so great. They take forever to move a single story, and I always have my fingers crossed not to get stuck. I would seriously recommend one of the taller buildings because of the view. During the day you can watch the fish swim in the lake and at night you have the city lights of Ft.lauderdale all the way down to Hollywood. Enjoy all this for under $900 a month and stop crying you little babies.
