Alta Fossil Creek Apartments is conveniently located in North Fort Worth. It has great amenities and always has well manicured grounds! The staff has always been so professional when I stop in and Rachel always has a smile and eager to help.

I found Alta Fossil Creek online while i was searching for a home for my family and I to relocate to Texas. It had a beautiful curbside appeal, great ammenities, and competitive pricing. From the moment i spoke with the Leasing Agents on the phone to the moment when we moved to Texas, my experience just kept getting better! My expectations were exceeded and i felt so good about my choice to call this home! All of the staff have been so friendly and helpful with our transition and are always making us feel very special. I would recommend this community to any of my family and friends...Thank you Alta Fossil Creek!

I have lived at Alta Fossil Creek for almost 3 years and I have enjoyed calling this place our home! It is more of a community and not just an 'apartment complex.' The location is perfect and the grounds are lovely! Happy to be a resident here :)

Exceptional service and a very quiet community. Alta is very pet friendly which is a plus. Lived here for 3 years and the staff has been pretty much the same which is nice.

Ive lived here for almost four years now and it was a beautiful apartment community. It was very well taken care of and they had an A+++ staff when it came to customer service service. The people living here also took pride in the community and made sure they did their part to keep it clean. Fast forward to 2012 and the apartments are steadily declining. The decline is not due to the workers thmeselves, but due to the "class" of people moving in. I heard nothing but silence, for three years, when I came through the gates after work. Now you hear people blasting music or "rapping" and talking loudly on their phones on the porch. There are some days that I come home from work and see neighbors still sitting in the same spot that they were in when I left! How in the hell do you afford the rent here without going to work everyday!!! I think the apartment group is allowing low-income tenants to move in and although this is okay, the apartments should apply strict rules so that the people who are paying high rent to have a somewhat "luxurious" place to live are able to maintain that lifestyle. Unfortunately, I definitely dont see that happening anytime soon so I will not be renewing my lease!
