Ive lived here for almost four years now and it was a beautiful apartment community. It was very well taken care of and they had an A+++ staff when it came to customer service service. The people living here also took pride in the community and made sure they did their part to keep it clean.
Fast forward to 2012 and the apartments are steadily declining. The decline is not due to the workers thmeselves, but due to the "class" of people moving in. I heard nothing but silence, for three years, when I came through the gates after work. Now you hear people blasting music or "rapping" and talking loudly on their phones on the porch.
There are some days that I come home from work and see neighbors still sitting in the same spot that they were in when I left! How in the hell do you afford the rent here without going to work everyday!!!
I think the apartment group is allowing low-income tenants to move in and although this is okay, the apartments should apply strict rules so that the people who are paying high rent to have a somewhat "luxurious" place to live are able to maintain that lifestyle.
Unfortunately, I definitely dont see that happening anytime soon so I will not be renewing my lease!
