As of June 2, 2015 tweens or teens not welcome. No place for them to play outside unless they play tennis--accompanied by an adult. No bike riding or skateboarding allowed even in the parking lots, and once they see them playing with a ball outside I'm sure that will be prohibited also. The pool is still closed. Myself, I'm always glad to see the kids playing outside, and am willing to give them time to move their games to the side. I'm not in that big of a hurry and neither should anyone else in the evening when they are out. Several years ago there were one group of youngsters teaching others how to play cricket. No longer allowed I'm sure either.

I have lived here for 1 year and just renewed my lease for another 13 months. It's a wonderful place to live.

Horrible, It's gone down hill. They have a new woman as manager and she gets no jobs done and believes she owns everyone and everything and anytime you try to speak with her she gets frustrated and kicks you out of her office with threats of calling the police. Everyone complains about issues with the apartments and with her to Lincoln Properties but they don't care either. This used to be a good place to live but has now become a stink hole, do yourself a favor. DO NOT move here I'll be leaving when my contract is up.
