I love this place.. I moved from The View at Water's Edge.. huge difference. This place is so much nicer and the staff here is the real difference. If you have to rent in Boynton or in the area, it's worth the coin.

High rent for 1/1. Repeatedly called for pest control for roaches in our apartment, we did not have roaches prior to living here. Took one week for our A/C to finally get fixed after multiple calls to maintenance and my FPL bill increased for that month. Absolutely no parking in front of or around our building past 8pm 7 days a week. New parking security company Spanish guy refused to let me leave he jumped on my vehicle and I had to drive with him still hanging on my car. And the best part is I am 8 months pregnant. The office and the security company will be hearing from me!M

The responsiveness and professionalism of the entire staff at The Villages of Banyan Groves far exceeds my expectations. Maintenance is quick, courteous and always gets the job done efficiently. Every time I've had to contact the leasing office, I feel like I'm talking to a friend who genuinely cares about my own concerns and wants me to have a pleasant experience in their community. I am beyond thrilled to be renting my first apartment in this community!

I felt compelled to write a review after reading the one from a year ago. I'm in the process of moving out of Banyan into a private home but I've had a great experience with the complex and the staff from day 1. The complex is clean and maintenance responds very quickly. I've never felt unsafe or unhappy with Banyan. Rent is reasonable and definitely competitive. You may find somewhere else you like more, but at the very least check it out.

Moved here when it was owned by previous management under Sandpiper Cove. Ever since then it has been a consistently downward spiral. Increase in car burglaries, bad maintenance and no grounds upkeep while increasing rent. My rent jumped from about $900 a month to $1,200 a month with no explanation. Management has lost my rent check, lost my lease contract, stolen alcohol from my house, sent in maintenance with out my permission (on several occasions) and flooded my kitchen then used my own paper towels to clean it up , left a trail of insulation from the bedroom upstairs all the way to the front door, instead of repairing or replacing a cracked bathtub just put a vinyl sheet as a patch. The list goes on and on. They spent over a million dollars to renovate the office but have yet to spend a dime on fixing the roadway filled with cracks and pot holes or replacing my 1983 AC unit. Instead of offering to pay for a security guard (the old management had a security guard in place every night) they leave passive aggressive notes on the front door saying there has been more burglaries in the neighborhood. Instead of telling residents to call police and report suspicious activity they ask that you call the front office first. I can't wait for my lease to be over. Do not move here. There are much nicer, newer communities in the area that are gated for the same price with much more intelligent management.
