Melbourne's World Heritage Site: The Royal Exhibition Building.
Did you know that Melbourne has a World Heritage Site? It's this place - the Royal Exhibition Building!

It was built in 1880 for a huge international exhibition. Interestingly, the building is still used for the same purpose - with car shows and bridal expos.

It was also where the Duke of Cornwall (who would become King George V) opened the very first Australian parliament in 1901.
