We all need to add a little more meraki to our daily activities.
I'm not sure exactly how to use this in a sentence, but I think it's a worthwhile way to approach life, work, and relationships. In fact, it is likely that components of your life that don’t include this type of approach are far less satisfying than others. So perhaps we all need to work a little harder at not going passively through the day-to-day motions and add a little more meraki.

If what you’re doing is good and right, never, ever five up. We watch these videos like below and we get inspired. Understandably, because we think if he or she can do it I can do it. But all too often we are inspired for a bit and then go onto the next thing. In a way, that’s OK. Zig Zigler said that inspiration and motivation are like taking a shower, we need it every day. (Paraphrased). Whatever you need to be motivated to do, write it down, tell somebody, make a plan. Watch this video. #motivation

If you are thinking of buying a house over the next year or two, then go for it.

Rates are currently historically low at below 4.0%, and who knows what will happen.

Look at the chart. Now is the time to buy.

Below 4.00%. Crazy!!

Idea of the Day:

When trying to convince others to do something, don’t offer a punishment or reward. Instead, find a way to appeal to their internal motivations.

Dun & Bradstreet Vice Chairman Jeff Stibel says:

“We tend to focus on our own needs and goals versus motivating others based on their needs, and their goals. That yields extrinsic forces that rarely move people. What we are talking about is truly understanding what others want, and then offering an incentive that matches.”
