Here is a recent review from a realtor that was on one of our inspections.

Total Pros
Ive been a Realtor for 26 years and have never worked with a better home inspection company than Stonehollow. Steve and his team are thorough, professional, punctual and courteous. Their primary goal is to protect their client first and foremost. By educating their clients home buying decisions are made with confidence, not trepidation. Can't praise Stonehollow enough.

We inspected this incredible home in Bridgewater, CT. The original home was built in 1779 and has been totally renovated. Mary Beth Stow of  William Raveis, Wilton office found a stunning home for her client. We had 3 inspectors on site and went over every inch of this fine home.

A Thorough Home Inspection

Stonehollow performed my home inspection. I was happy with the comprehensive report that they provided. The report was filled out on-site and a follow-up photo report was emailed after. The inspectors went on the roof and in the crawl spaces. They answered all questions, and are easy to reach by phone.

One thing that I learned from my inspection: not all problems are real problems. I had visited the property several times, and had my own list to share. While the inspectors did validate many of my points -- they also helped me to realize that in many cases small problems really are small problems. Some things need not be changed -- because the condition is neither deteriorating nor causing a hazard. Other problems have both expensive and inexpensive solutions -- and as a cash-strapped home buyer, sometimes identifying the inexpensive solution is critical. They were (and continue to be) able to help me in this regard. I am sure the Stonehollow inspection will pay dividends down the road.
