The month of February was a crazy one for me. I went from living in Cambodia to traveling to California to moving to Beijing. And despite the hecticness I'm kinda loving life at the moment ‪:)

I must say that the food is probably the number one thing I miss about living in Cambodia. After living in Phnom Penh I had the chance to sample so many restaurants in the city. Looking back I realize just how spoiled I was. Being a vegetarian was a cinch in that city!

So I've officially been an expat for 18 months! How crazy is that? January was especially crazy. It brought about a lot of exciting changes. I moved out of my apartment in Phnom Penh, returned to California and started prepping for my big move to China. There are lots of changes going on around here!

The wait is finally over. Come February I'll be living in Beijing!!! This is definitely my biggest, scariest and most exciting move to date. I've never actually been to Beijing, or China for that matter, so this is going to be a major adventure!
