If you haven't seen our video on the cat/camel, please start there! The starting position for this move is explained in more detail there. This is a great shoulder and pelvis stabilizing exercise which is why it is being included in our shoulder rehab series! It's important to have a neutral spine and use your "abdominal bracing" + "abdominal breathing" (check out those videos as well!).
