I love this place. The food is great and the staff is always very friendly. My favorite part about Mad Donna's, though, is their brunch cocktails. They have probably one of the best build your own blood bars I've been to (I've been to several) and so many different types of mimosas. Definitely a great place to go for a weekend brunch with a group friends (especially with 2-for-1 mimosa specials).

Off the main road in an area with lots of other eating establishments. This is noteworthy because the place filled up with regulars and out-of-towners, like us, so it has a devoted clientele. Service was quick and superb. Our waitress spent time explaining the menu and other worthy eating places. She was very attentive, as were the other staff who also checked on our needs. Menu has a wide selection of burgers and other American dishes. Unique were the quesadilla spring rolls. From Texas and we never had those. Prices are reasonable on the upside but not overpriced for area, food and service. This is definitely a place to good, especially if you like to sit outside in a patio area. Inside is very nice, too.

I had terrible service at Mad Donna's on Saturday, May 31, 2014. We had waited a long time to be seated. Others were seated ahead of my party of two. It took the waitress a long time to wait on our table and when she came, she never asked if we wanted anything to drink. I had to ask for something to drink. Hopefully the staff is being given diversity training. I left without complaining to the manager, but the next time, if I decide to return. I will.

Went to Mad Donna's with a friend from Murfreesboro one Saturday to experience the Mac n' Cheese. However, unbeknownst to us, the Saturday menu was a "brunch only" menu. This meant that no mac n' cheese was available. We asked the waiter about it, and the manager came over to see what he could do. He took our orders for the Original Donna mac n' cheese and hot chicken even though it wasn't on the menu, and they got it to us pretty quickly. The food and sweet tea was excellent. One warning: the hot chicken is HOT. Three heat levels are available: medium, hot, and hades. We got "hot" and by the time I finished my 6 wings, my mouth was burning off. Great flavor, but I'll be getting the medium heat next time. Give a try!

We went to sit on their patio one afternoon for happy hour, it sounded like a good deal so we planned to order a few drinks and a few snacks. We never got to order food because they somehow allowed a crackhead to sit on the patio as well (the same man who had harassed our friends the night before at a different place.) He tried to stand and after swaying for several moments ended up smashing his head into another couples table. There was blood everywhere, he was on the ground then started to take off his pants which was disgusting. We really wanted to leave before it got any worse and I was appalled that they made us pay for our 4 drinks after having to witness that. Had they offered to let us leave instead of waiting for our bills I would have gladly given this place another chance. I've worked at many restaurants and bars, and I would never, ever expect anyone to pay after that. Bad business to me, not only to let someone into your establishment who is that messed up, but to expect your customers to pay after you're the ones who let something like that happen. In the end we didn't even get the happy hour deal either, very disappointing.
