ok I know I have been kinda quiet lately, sorry but I have a lot of projects in the works, all related to Motorcycles and racing. No summer vacation in switzerland for me for me!

Well August 18-19th is the last Summer Fun Series event for 2012. I really hope everyone who has come to the events has had a great time, met some new friends and enjoyed the open riding.I am really please with the amount of new faces that have showed up to enjoy the summer Series. If you have not made it to an event yet come on out to this one and have some fun!

Normally I dont go into what it takes to get a property ready but Someone asked at the last race how many stakes we used? Well I did not count each one individually I know that we used over 14 bundles @ 50 in a bundle thats at leaset 700 stakes and at least twice as many arrows. Not to mention that River Run
this last time was the hardest cut we had to do in a long time. Darell, William, myself took over a week to get that property ready for the race! How about our bridge?

As I said the Brazos Valley race is in 2 weeks Aug 18-19. This will be the last race of the night race series as well. So if you have not taken advantage of being able to race at night
this will be your last chance for a while. I have a cool course for this one! The race also falls on two birthdays, Justin's and Cody's. We will be having a party for them Saturday evening up at the house by scoring. There will be cake, Homemade Ice cream and drinks. If you want to get them something go ahead I am sure they would appreciate, but it is not necessary.Stop by and enjoy the party with us.

So after the Brazos Valley race, we start the Fall Series up with the Sept race being at Middleton! I hope everyone is ready because I got some new course designs I have been working on that are sure to please! For those that have not made any of the Summer Series events, we have a few changes we have implemented and have been testing over the summer. I will wait till after the Brazos Valley race to announce all that will carry over into the Fall series.

One thing that will make its debut at Brazos Valley is my new work toy! The "Xtreme Monster Mower"!!! Yep I have painstakenley built a pull behind mower to help with some of our properties. After spending an eternity on the ride mower and killing my kidneys, I decided it was time to get creative and build the "XMM"! Nothing like being able to mow at 15mph vs .1 mph. Sure could have used it at RR!

TEASER:
So why have I been so quiet??? Well some of my projects that I have been working on are for 2013 and some are for the fall. Some are not series related at all and one is OVER THE TOP XTREME! Due to negotiations still ongoing thats about all I can say... Well I can say this also, If it works out as planned there will be nothing like its XTREMENESS in the US! This event is 100% Xtreme to the MAX!

PLUS some new properties we are working on for 2013. These are awsome pieces of land that we will be fortunate to get to race on! For the rest of this year we got the Fall Series, Halloween Festival Weekend coming up at Outlaw.

Brazos Valley Flier is ready and the mobile site has been updated!

OK! So we are ready! Cedar creek is going to be a blast. The course is just over 7 miles with 60% of the trail new course. We have never raced the new section b4. Remember that adult practice for the Saturday race, starts at 10:00am. Hint whistle , if you plan on racing the night race then running the Saturday race will help tremendously! There is no night race practice! There is only 1 ez/hard. The property is in great condition it is not dusty, it is not muddy, as Goldi would say its just right! I got some tight, some open, some fast, some slow, but it is all good!

For the open ride on Sunday, as I have previously said, I have over 20 miles of marked trial for you to enjoy. ALL TRAIL IS ONE WAY! You can ride the whole course, part of the course or none of the course. You choose!

Gate opens at noon on Friday and will remain unlocked all weekend. It will stay closed when not busy because of the cattle but it will remain unlocked. So you can show up anytime.

Saturday Race Schedule
8-8:30 Kids & Women Practice
8:45—9:30 Kids & Women Race
10:00—10:45 Adult Practice
11:15 –12:15 Adult Race
8:45—9:45 Night Race

Sunday is open riding till 6:00pm.

I want to thank everyone who helped hold down our canopies on friday night when that storm blew through. We had over 60mph winds, hail and rain, that just came out of no where. there were 12 grown adults and a few youngsters holding down our canopies and we were being lifted off the ground by the wind. luckily we made it through without major damage. Never a dull moment when you go Xtreme! Thanks!

WOW! I can't believe the Summer is already gone and with it the Family Fun Series for 2012. When I decided to do the Summer Series I had no idea what to expect. We learned a few things and had a great time doing it and met a lot of great people! Thanks to all who spent their summer with us. I really hope you had a great time.

As I mentioned before we tested a few ideas and changes over the summer. Some did not work out but some did and those that did we are carrying over into the Fall Series. One of the main changes or shall I say additions to the series for the Fall will be Open Riding. We will be opening up our race properties to any and all riders to come and enjoy on Saturday afternoons after the morning races are completed. Thats right if you not only love to race or just like to ride Texas Xtreme is here for you! We have some of the best properties in Texas, with more on the way and now, usually once a month, you can experience our courses. No Membership Required to Open Ride! No Series Fee! Just bring $25 per open rider and you get to experience some great courses that you are sure to enjoy all afternoon without the pressure of racing.

We will also be throwing in a few night races at select properties. So stay tuned.

Ready for some really awesome news from Texas Xtreme. We have worked out where we will be using our Brazos Valley Off Road Ranch as our Ride Property! We will be making improvements to the property, setting up permanent trails and much much more! Brazos Valley is centrally located between Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio so we will also be opening up the property for ALL to enjoy. Complete details to come soon!

NOW for the Fall Series.Points time and time to get back to racing! Round #1 is at Middleton on September 1-2, 2012. Flier is ready! I have an awesome course designed that I think everyone will enjoy. Looks like we will get to run most of the creeks and the property is in great shape.

My new monster mower proved its worth at Brazos Valley after a few slight on the job improvements and repairs, it is now an official member of The Xtreme Series and it might just become your new best friend!

The winners of the raffle from Brazos Valley were:

$50 gift certificate from Action Sports - Richard Hamilton
Utopia Goggles from Action Sports - Cindy Hurt
Email Or call me to get details on getting them.

Flier is now ready on the event page here. http://www.texasxtremeoffroadracing.com/#!Middleton
