Probably my best Crucible match to date. All I needed was a little Patience and Time.

I was wondering what the story was with the solar panel "farms" sprouting up around the empty land next to stretches of highway in the metrowest area near where I go to work. Pretty cool actually, they plan to generate 6 MW from 10 locations and will eventually lead to "6.8 million pound CO2 emission reduction"

It's pretty crazy that this will be the year that we finally see a close image of the Pluto after 85 years since first discovering it. http://pluto.jhuapl.edu/news_center/news/20150115.php
NASA's New Horizons spacecraft has begun its long-awaited, historic encounter with Pluto, entering the first of several approach phases that will culminate with the first close-up flyby of the Pluto system six months from now. “NASA's first mission to distant Pluto will also be humankind's first ...

Info on drawing shapes and colors for 32X
Previous: Part 2: 32X Hello World. Drawing Stuff. Now that I had the ability to compile a program, run it and get it to display something, the next step to making my masterpiece game would be to get the thing to display some graphics. Here is one of the first "working" attempts I made at ...

Almost there..., Almost there...
On Saturday night at 9:30 p.m. ET, an alarm clock went off for NASA’s New Horizon probe, 2.9 billion miles away from Earth. At 9:52 p.m., the piano-size spacecraft sent a message back to Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory saying it was awake and all systems were functioning. Continue reading →

Only problem with the analogy is that the Soviets didn't really win in Stalingrad, but in the encirclement of the Germans there in Operation Uranus.
An imminent all-out victory for Kurdish forces over Islamic State (IS) militants in Kobani is an unlikely scenario. However, there are signs that the extremist group is facing some difficulties in th...

I think the Kurds are the only group in Iraq that wasn't trying to kill us at some point, I would want to give them the benefit of the doubt at least. The Kurds are even coordinating at some level with Turkey now, I would assume they won't try to push their luck to attempt to claim territory in Turkey. But who knows.

Came for lunch on a Sunday, staff is dressed sharply but has a mild snobbish attitude. Food was a bigger disappointment. Ordered the Veal Piccata Sunday special and it was a very small portion of paper thin matchbook size pieces of veal and a spoonful of risotto. Taste was nothing special and no other sides. This was $22 and not worth it at all. Service was alright but seemed inexperienced and overworked. Perhaps the meal was the wrong choice, the Polpetta (meatball) pizza was ok and about what you would expect for the price of an individual pizza.
