Introduction
Scott Hartley is a global investor in companies like Kimono Labs, a technology advisor to companies like SwedBank, a $28 billion Scandinavian bank, and a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations.  He has served as a Presidential Innovation Fellow at the White House, and a Partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures (MDV), a $2 billion Silicon Valley venture capital firm, where he invested in technology companies. Prior to MDV, Scott worked at Google, Facebook, Harvard’s Berkman Center for Internet & Society, and the White House. He is author of “The Venture Frontier,” a Forbes column on global technology trends, contributing author in the MIT Press book “Shopping for Good,” and a contributor on Bloomberg TV’s "Money Moves." Scott is a frequent venture capital speaker for Google, MIT, and the US State Department around the world. He holds three degrees from Stanford and Columbia, has finished six marathon and Ironman 70.3 triathlons, and has visited 70 countries.

Edward is simply the best. Fantastic luthier who can fix anything. Take his two week intensive course to learn how to hand-make your own Martin-style guitar. Absolutely incredible teacher.
