It is what it is: a chilliburger joint. I ate here often 20 years ago. Went back this Saturday. Had the chillicheeseburger (large, delicious, awesome). Also had a few fries (which I drenched in the vinegar the peppers float in, yum), and (regrettably) one of those "La Bonita" pastries which have replaced the brownies I remembered. In short: love the chillicheeseburger.

Best gut busting breakfast burrito ever. I used to like dangerously close to Lucky Boy. The burrito is the only thing I ever got. It's huge, cheap, and delicious. Nothing works better for a hangover.

This is one of my new favorite spots to get fast food. The main reason I love this place is you get huge bang for your buck. I usually end up spending between $10 and $13 and I always get two meals out of it. The food is always good and will leave you feeling completely satisfied and even a little disgusting (in a wonderful way). l've heard the breakfast burrito and the zuchinni fires are must try items.

My husband LOVES this place. My daughter and I just like it. The atmosphere is often surreal because the place attracts a diverse clientele from scary to preppy with a sprinkling of everything in between and the (owner?) primary cashier can be positively surly at times. Parking is usually good -- they have their own lot so it's rarely a problem, but if it's full you're competing with the shoppers at Trader Joe's for spots on the street. The hours can't be beat, 6am - 2am daily, 363 days a year (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas). The service is always interesting -- we've only ever seen 2 people working at the register taking orders and they are both brusque but efficient. It took at least a dozen visits for us to achieve regular status and get the nod of recognition and a slightly softer, friendlier approach towards us from the main cashier...but who cares? The food is good and the price is unbeatable. For late night eats there is no better spot. Great fries. Great Garden Burger. Good fish. Decent Tuna Salad. Bacon-overloaded BLT's. The Avocado Sandwich is awesome. Decent burgers and....of course....the legendary Breakfast Burrito. Pretty much a Pasadena institution.

Great tasting food, has a bit of home cooked feel to it. The breakfast burritos are always a good choice, overall an enjoyable place to have breakfast and Mexican food
