I bought my girlfriend and myself 2 scooters from A2Z a couple of years ago. I am ready to buy to 2 more. Glenn and his mechanics truly know what is what. I highly recommend them whether you are buying or maintaining a scooter.

Our family has now purchased three scooters from A2Z Motorsports / Scooter Nation. About a year and a half ago we purchased two scooters, and were given great prices on them! Had BBKs installed, and regular servicing done at A2Z. Have had no issues at all. Recently, one of the two scooters we orginally purchased was stolen. We went down there today, told the staff what happened, and they had the exact scooter on the floor. Even though we were only purchasing one scooter, a quick phone call by the salesman to the owner Glen, and we were given the same special price on this replacement for the stolen one. I came home, and began searching the online scooter shippers, and the best price including shipping I could find was only $70 less than we paid at A2Z! When you consider you have to assemble a shipped scooter, and get it running properly, all things A2Z did for us, it's definitely worth the $70. Not to mention knowing that A2Z stands behind their scooters with good service we have already received, it was a no-brainer to buy from them, and we will again in the future when the next member of our family reaches riding age. Thanks to the staff, and especially Glenn! Update- The new scooter we purchased in Dec had a few issues last week, which is normal for these chinese scooters. What is not normal is how A2Z dealt with the issues. We called them up, told them the electric starter was not working (screeching), the gas gauge was not working, the horn was not working, and it was time for the first oil change. They said bring it on down, it's still under warranty and the first oil change is free. We took it down there around noon, went to have lunch, came back an hour and a half later, and everything was fixed, and they didn't charge us a dime. Not only has A2Z treated us right with our initial purchases, they have stood behind their product with excellent service after the sale! Thank you A2Z, you are the best scooter shop in Vegas period!

Great selection of scooters, best prices in Las Vegas and superb customer service. I purchased a specialty scooter for my restaurant and couldn't be happier with it. I've referred friends and family and will not hesitate to recommend A2Z to anyone looking to purchase a scooter.

After shopping around for a scooter the past month I was becoming very weary with some of the encounters and places I went to. I went into A2Z Motorsports last and glad I did. It was the only place I felt comfortable purchasing from. Thanks to the owner Glen for taking care of me on a brand new Znen R8. Highly recommend this shop!!

This place is a joke they tell you 10 diffrent stories giving you the run around I will never be taking my scooter to these guys ever again it took them 2 weeks to fix my bike and cost me so much money from riding the bus everyday

This is a fake review and under investigation by Google. Not that Google will do anything even know it is ostensibly posted by a competitor who is trying to damage our good business reputation. As mentioned above we have no Brandon K in our system and this is not a real customer. Sincerely, Glenn Owner of A2Z Motorsports (aka Scooter Nation) of Las Vegas

Have been waiting to write this for a while now, until I was physically and emotionally in a better place, from a huge amount of personal and financial problems had rested themselves from my life... I have been in Las Vegas for approx. 2 years now , and met Glen and the people at A2Z shortly after coming here from California... To make a long story short, I had purchased 3 scooters from Glen, and the only one that was really giving me any trouble...was the one I had. Glen attempted to make things right for me and I bought another scooter from him.. Had some battery issues with it , and before they could get resolved the scooter was stolen.. So, I was without ANY transportation or means to acquire any.. Glen , and some friends that I have met here in Las Vegas, took it upon themselves to "Make Sure" that I could get a new scooter...and with their help, I have another one today... I cannot say enough for Glen, his wife, or the now "truly excellent" mechanics staff that he has assembled, or the service I received from them.. I will forever be grateful to all the people at A2Z Motorsports, and the help and kindness they showed me.. I have my new wheels now and again am able to get around because of them . I know that I will , at some point, again purchase another scooter, and I will NOT ever buy one from any other dealer. Thank You Glen, and to all the people at A2Z... John E. McDonald

EDITED REVIEW: After posting the review, the owner immediately contacted me. After some discussion, they decided to fix my scooter free of additional charge (which was all I wanted done in the first place). It turns out that the problem was exactly what I had asked them to fix the first time, so the 5 repeated trips could have all been avoided. I'm as satisfied as I can be after dealing with this frustration over the last few months. At least the owner apologized and took care of it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This place was great initially... when selling me my scooter. However, after "fixing" it 5 times by replacing the battery each time (one time with a battery that EXPLODED the day I picked it up and another time with a battery that was not even for a scooter) they have decided to ignore all calls and accept no responsibility for ruining the scooter. They continue to attempt to pass the blame off on me for things I surely must be doing wrong that I haven't been doing. On top of that, now they are not answering phone calls or returning messages. This includes the owner of the business. 2 1/2 weeks with at least 6 messages left. All I wanted was for them to give me what I paid for numerous times...a fixed scooter. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The only redeeming quality they have is a worker named Tisha there...she has been the only person who has actually attempted to get things fixed. Jose I know is a decent mechanic, but apparently their service shop wants to continue to replace something time after time after time instead of realizing the problem is elsewhere. TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR BUSINESS!

Hi Mike, sorry we initially dropped the ball on this. Let me know if there's anything I can do for you in the future. Glad we finally got it resolved. Glenn

I've been working with this company since they opened. Living in Las Vegas, its great to have the opportunity to ride a scooter around town. The owners are very easy to work with and I'm glad I chose this location. The company honored their warranty policy and has gone above and beyond customer service in my opinion. This is the place to test out a scooter for yourself or one for every person in the family. This business is ran well. They have steady mechanics and are always advancing the shop and its employees to service me better. Thanks guys!

I got a 50cc 2012 jonway about 2 months ago, put on layaway a white model I get paid every 2 weeks and I told them on my next check I would pick up bike then I get a call the lady that works front desk said they want to sell my bike or do I still want it... I said I put it on layaway and I will be there in 2 days to pick up dont sell it ! well when I went to pick up my bike they sold it and told me they thought I said to sell it and offered me a different color same model then even gave me a free lock in an attempt to calm me down then when they brang out the bike to me the fuel gauge didnt work and the told me it will jump up when I ride it and hit a bump... never happened I had to take apart the seat and adjust the float in the tank because they have their teen kids working on the bikes also and no quality work here trust me... then the lighting turn signals needed rewiring because the cheap harness connectors did not make contact so after I seen the quality of work they perform I fixed all the problems myself and stayed away from them so be care full and dont get stuck trying to get a bike unless you have the time to fix problems

Hi Kurt, I tried to call you several times over the last several months without a call back. I'm sorry you had this experience with my company. We've made many positive changes to try to insure nothing like this happens again. Please give me a call if there's something I can do to make up for the bad experience. Sincerely, Glenn
