As of right now, Doshi House in Houston does not formally offer pour overs, but they have the equipment (Randwyck), and the barista agreed to brew me the same Greenway Daterra Sweet coffee, from Brasil, that I had yesterday as a Chemex at Double Trouble.

Chemex lovers should already guess that I did not enjoy the Randwyck brew as much.

Still, this place makes for a pretty good hangout.
