Yesterday afternoon, a barista a James Coffee clued me into the Bird Rock's second location, and that was my first stop this morning.

As always, the coffee did not disappoint, and furthermore I was treated to a brief coffee lesson, about the difference between "red" honey process and "yellow". Two different wersions of the same El Salvador bean were on the menu, something I rarely see, and I chose the red because it tends to be sweeter.
