Decided to drop by Coffee Division again for the first time in over a year, and I learned these guys, like Case Study, have switched from Stumptown and decided to start roasting.

I started with the Finca El Rosario from El Salvador, on a Chemex, and after it cooled down a bit and I got the sugar right, it was a damn good cup. Not as good as Coava, but I plan to return to try their other beans.
