I've experienced coffee from Ceremony CoffeeRoasters a few times over the last couple of years, and generally enjoyed it, and today was my first opportunity to wisit their original cafe and roastery in Annapolis, MD.

I started out with a batch brewed Colombia which was decent, and then a hand-poured natural processed Ethiopian which was better.

The cafe itself is modest in size, which much of the space taken up by the roastery in the back. Rustic design elements give the otherwise minimalist design some flavour, and there is fast wifi and outlets, although not next to the tall tables.
