Metronone Coffee is my first indie coffeehouse visit in Tacoma. They serve Victrola Coffee, which was good but not spectacular when I went to their space in Seattle, BUT they do have one amazing feature--they only charge by the bean, not the effort, for their siphon, which means my cup of Colombia Huila Mirador came out to just $2.83--that is the CHEAPEST siphon I have every had, and a fraction of the average price around the country.

Once it cooled down and I got the sugar right, it was a good cup, about a 7 or 7.5 if I'm being generous.
