Though our ultimate destination was a trio of Starbucks far east on the #1 line, and then the famous night market at Dongdaemun, Tailor Coffee was conveniently located on the way, in Hongdae, not far from Millo Coffee Roasters, where we had gone the night before.

The cup of Kenya Gachatha I was served, brewed on a V60, sprung to life with flavour instantly, and while their light doesn't seem to be as light as a West Coast light, it was still an excellent cup of coffee.

Coffeehouses advertising hand drip are seen throughout Seoul, and I wish I had more time to explore them.
