This is amusing.

After visiting the new Starbucks at Verdugo & Olive in Burbank, I set off for Coffee Commissary in West Hollywood (on Fairfax). A few blocks down Olive, I looked to my right an spotted a big sign that read "COFFEE COMMISSARY". After a moment of confusion, I realized that this was a different location, so I just went there.

I was please to discover they still carry Coava, although their cup of Costa Rica Los Nacientes, brewed on a V60, was nowhere as good as the brews I get from the Coava shop itself. Part of the difference is the V60 vs Chemex, I imagine, and also the quality of the baristas.
