In addition to the spectacular coffee experiences I've had in my three years in visiting artisinal coffeehouses, I also get a kick out of meeting baristas and owners who really KNOW coffee.

Like Charlie, the owner of Pour Cleveland, a shop that opened last Thanksgiving. They serve exclusively Counter Culture, not my favourite, and I only gave the Honduras Finca Pashapa a 7.25, but I give the shop itself extra stars because Charlie really loves to talk about coffee. 

I was tossing out names of shops and roasters across the country, and he had heard of most of them--that guy knows his stuff.
