DC is a hotbed of quality coffee, but by the time we hit Northern Virginia on Saturday, I was jonesing bad, so I decided to google and discovered Deja Brew, in Haymarket.
Unfortunately, as nice and helpful as the owner/barista was, in talking me through the coffee options, and even with pour overs on the menu, neither the Gray Ghost coffee that I had on Saturday, nor the Stockton Graham that I had on Monday, were to my liking.
Something about their roasting profile didn't agree with me, but I'll probably still give them another shot when in the area, as that part of Virginia might be a bit dry.
