I had just enough time before heading to the airport to hit up one more indie coffeehouse in Amsterdam, Headfirst Coffee Roasters.

I was rushed, so I could not chat with the baristas much, but I did notice that they do something unusual, producing two different roasts of each coffee, one for espresso and the other for filter.

The Ethiopian I had was merely okay, and the place is small and doesn't appear to have wi-fi, so for the moment I'm not going to rank it high on my list of Amsterdam third wave cafes, but it is not far from the Amderstam Centraal, which means I'll likely give it another shot at some point.
