Stumbled across this tiny coffeehouse, Siphon, in Shibuya, and the English on the sign on the window spurred me to go in. The owner did not speak much English, but I was able to discern that they do serve drop coffee, prepared in a siphon, and I gave it a try.

I prefer single origin, but the blend of Brazilian, Colombian, and Guatemalan beans produced a pretty good cup.
