I was already on the verge of too much caffeine when I was told about Neptune, not far from that wonderful biscuit truck in Seattle's Greenwood neighborhood, but when the owner's husband offered me Guatemalan coffee from Kuma, a local roaster I'd never heard of, prepared two ways, Chemex AND V60, I could not resist doing a taste test comparison.

Very close, but, as expected, I find the Chemex just slightly more to my liking.

Neptune also carries a different local roaster, whose name starts with a V I think, and the barista indicated they would be bringing more in, so I look forward to returning for more post-biscuit coffee.
