Coava, my single favourite roaster in the country, finally opened a new location. When I stumbled across it yesterday and discovered that they only brew drip coffee on a batch Fetco, I was a little concerned, but as soon as I took that first taste, my fears were allayed.

Coava is so good at roasting that no matter the preparation, the quality of their coffee comes through, and I had to give that batch brewed David Mancia an 8.
