The 10:35 to Sopot was full, so I had to wait til 12:43, which gave me the chance to pop into Filtry, which, as you might guess from the name, serves filter coffee, using a wariety of options, including a metal (unusual) V60.

They had bags from a couple of roasters I did not recognise, plus JB Kaffee, and I went with a Tanzania from Audun, a Scandanavian roaster, and even though I put a little TOO MUCH sugar in the cup, I could still taste some mighty fine flavours in the cup.

Filtry is small, but they do have an outlet if you look, and lighting fast wi-fi. Just 15 minutes from the central station, I'll definitely be hitting this place up again.
