Gorilla in the Cafe came up towards the top when I googled for pour over coffee in Honolulu, and with a name like that I had to give them a try.

Unfortunately, it might simply be a Hawaiian thing to roast medium or dark, and I could not get behind their roast anymore than the Kona that I had in San Diego or the sample of Green World I had yesterday at their farm.

I left wondering if I'd be able to find a good pour over of a light roast anywhere in Hawaii.
