Went back to The Broken Arm on Tuesday morning (after finding them closed on Saturday), and I'm glad I did, because their brew turned out to be the most flavourful and tasty I'd had yet in Paris.

They serve Cafe Lomi's roast, just like Craft, and also use the V60 brew method, but I enjoyed both cups (one batch brewed, the other slow brewed) much better than Craft's, or any other cup I'd had on this trip.

Couldn't tell you if it was the actual roast, or the skill of the barista, but regardless I'm satisfied.

I should also point out that The Broken Arm is a concept cafe, combined with a clothing retailer.
