Woyton has been around since 1998, perhaps prior to the "third wave", they are a small regional chain, and they do not offer a pour over (at least not in Dusseldorf) three indications that they might not serve the coffee that I prefer, but there are always exceptions.

I rather enjoyed the Trifecta-brewed coffee of a Malawi roast--I wasn't on fire about it, but I would go back and try more of their coffees. In fact, I could have tried something else, on the house, because the barista saw my passion for coffee and offered it to me, but I had to catch the 10:48 train to Utrecht.

Slow wi-fi, though, when I was there, and the electrical outlet didn't work.
