One plastic bottle takes years and years to completely break down and if incinerated, they produce toxic fumes.  Only 1 out of 5 bottles are sent to a recycling bin, therefore the rest of the water bottles in the U.S. simply become litter.  Dolphin Graphics cares about these issues and as a company we are making an effort to team up with customers to create a strategy to reduce waste and make it simpler to carry drinking water everywhere.

The collapsible water bottle is convenient and a smart accessory; decidedly applicable for helping out the environment.  It’s easy to transport, flattens for storage, and is BPA-free.  The water bottle comes in several colors, stands up when filled, and has an aluminum carabiner clip for practicality.

Frequent exposure of your brand on an item that is eco-friendly increases a positive overall image and helps spread the word about your business.  The cost per impression on the collapsible water bottle is favorable compared to other forms of advertising.  Your reach, repeated exposure, and retention would be ideal.

This refillable water bottle is also a clever companion to bottle filling stations that are popping up everywhere including world wide hotel chains, college campuses, government buildings, and even at our own H.A.R.D. (Hayward Area Recreation and Park District).  This solution minimizes plastic bottle waste in the environment while saving consumers money in the long run.

Every Sunday a good portion of our country sits down to the television and enjoys an American pastime and cheers for their favorite football team.  Some are fortunate enough to visit the actual playing field of their beloved team.  In our local area, the San Francisco 49ers is much-loved and supported.  Dolphin Graphics is proud to be partners with 49ers Stadium Management Company, the home of the San Francisco 49ers.

The partnership has produced very striking products that have been used by the Stadium’s staff.  The Stadium employees are called “Playmakers” as they impact the experience of the guests as much as the players on the field or the performers on the stage.  Some pieces have also been used as incentive and rewards as the “Playmakers” create winning moments for the fans.

At Dolphin Graphics, we pride ourselves in creating not only products but entire experiences that bring you closer to your objectives.  Give us a call at 510.881.0154 or email at coolproducts@dgnc.com.  Let us design an idea that will prosper you into the New Year, or partner with us into producing something that will create opportunities for your company.

PANTONE COLOR OF THE YEAR - OOH LA LA MARSALA

Not to be confused with the fortified wine from Sicily, Marsala is the Pantone color for 2015.  The Pantone Color Institute has nominated a specific hue since 1990 foretelling the using, buying, and wearing trends of designers and consumers alike.

In a company press release, Marsala is described as versatile, equally appealing to men and women.  The shade is a “rich and full-bodied red brown” transcending fashion as it brings warmth into the home.  As a sophisticated earthy tone, a matte finish highlights Marsala’s organic nature making it suitable for print and packaging.

Dubbed as the new black, Marsala is promising for 2015.  Stay on trend this year when ordering your apparel and promotional products from Dolphin Graphics.  It’s going to be a good year!

A glimpse, a quick peek, a few seconds; that is all it takes to make a first impression.  Be sure to choose the right Graphic Designer who can reach your audience and make the right impression at the same time.  A good design more than properly communicates; it motivates and persists long after the image is out of view.

The Dolphin Graphics Design Team works with clients to expand upon their ideas to create a design that will be original and uniquely theirs.  Our team is made up of professionals who have a broad range of experience in the field of graphic design and its application to products and materials.  We create impactful visual branding for marketing strategies from logo to printed material to web presence.  Our work can be geared to match existing branded images or we can create an entirely new look for all types of communications for a complete corporate identity.

Aside from the obvious amusement we can glean from these design blunders, we can also come away knowing that the internet now lends to a new level of infamy.  With Dolphin Graphics however, be rest assured that your projects will be in good hands.

Dolphin Graphics Design and Marketing was welcomed into the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce community on October 21, 2014 during a mixer at the Dolphin Graphics location on Foothill Boulevard.

The ribbon cutting/mixer successfully established compatibility between both organizations.  After the ribbon cutting, Ken Carbone of Dolphin Graphics introduced each staff member and shared a little of what they did.  Dave Johnson, CEO of the San Leandro Chamber said, “Our philosophy is working together and we refer to each other based on quality and product and outcome and service.  You stressed that in all the people here and I appreciate that.  It should be a lesson for us all.”  Dave continued to stress how important it is for businesses to introduce their employees at these mixers and that the model Dolphin Graphics set is the one to follow.

Yet, it was not all business for everyone in attendance.  There was noticeable camaraderie around as people mingled, with plates filled with food in hand.  The topics ranged from Marketing to Promotional Products, to horseradish and the impending Giants game.  The casual setting fashioned the mood for amiable conversation and the exchanges paved the way for future associations and the strengthening of established ones.  It was a successful evening of partnering, building, and connecting.

For Halloween this year my humans dressed me as a witch.  Hi!  My name is Sadie and I work at Dolphin Graphics Design and Marketing.  Well, I use the word “work” loosely.  My main tasks are mostly to look cute and alert my co-workers of curious looking folk and anomalous and strange noises in the building.  My patrol schedule varies depending on my feeding time and my moods.  Quite frankly, being dressed as a witch put a damper on my mood that day as you can clearly see in this photograph.  However, a few treats fixed me right up and I was back to my usual self.

While I enjoy my time at Dolphin Graphics, I have to say that I appreciate the people more.  Throughout the day I make sure to visit all my friends in the building.  I keep track of everyone and I keep track of time as well.  I know when it’s lunch time and when it’s time to go home.  This daylight savings time is throwing me off though.  It’s making the days longer and my feeding schedule all wonky!  It’s a good thing it’s almost Friday.  Yes, I know when it’s the end of the week as well.  I know my days of the week and Friday is my favorite!

I work hard every day and I suppose one can say I only work for hugs and treats.  I wouldn’t trade places with anyone in the world because I live the life of a princess.  My name is Sadie, hear me ROAR!  Ooops… I mean WOOF!

For the last nine years, the illustrators at Dolphin Graphics have created and designed unique artwork for the “Castro Valley Classic Car Show.”  Below is the 9th year design and it follows tradition as it showcases the previous year’s winners.

The “Castro Valley Classic Car Show” originated with Dolphin Graphics nine years ago as a local event.  Its humble beginnings included 45 classic cars and it was created to support the youth in the community.  Proceeds of the Car Show are presented to the Eden Area Regional Occupational Program.  Over the last 8 years, thousands of dollars have been raised toward Automotive and Tools, Culinary, and Criminal Justice.  Today the show boasts 260-300 classic cars and is considered a regional event.

In the last two years, Dolphin Graphics and the Car Show Committee have been privileged to be working with community members and the “Castro Valley Moose Lodge 1491” in hosting the “Castro Valley Classic Car Show.”  Together they assemble not just classic cars, but various vendors and food as well.

This year the Car Show will be on Saturday, September 13, at the Castro Valley BART Station on Redwood Road and Norbridge.  Be sure to come out and enjoy the festivities.  It’s a great event for a good cause!
