Have you visited the Frames For Photography fan page? Did you know that you don't have to be a photographer to be a fan! In fact, the page encourages interaction between photographers and fans as new photographers and images are shared daily.

Who knows...you might come across a photograph that you can't live without. Then you'll be able to make your purchase directly from that photographer! And when you go to frame your new prized piece...well, we know somebody who can handle that for you (hint: +Craig Frames Inc.).

If you know a photographer, or others who appreciate quality photography like you do, we would love it if you would share this page with them!

We are always looking for a few (more) good friends. We are picture framers...so we're pretty harmless. Add us to your circles and we'll do our best to comment on and +1 your work. Thanks!

Picture frames are good. FREE picture frames are really good.
Did someone say #FreeFrameFriday? We'll be drawing a few lucky winners for free picture frames on our Facebook fan page later this morning. Get your name in the hat! Go to our facebook page, become a fan, then find our recent wall post where we mentioned a frame giveaway for reaching 400 fans and like or comment on that post. You do that and your name will be included in the drawing! (NOTE: We can only ship free frames to U.S. residents.) https://www.facebook.com/craigframes

If you've noticed that +Jack White and I have been kind of quiet lately (and not very active on +Google+) this is why. We're scrambling to finish our new website!!! Current Craig Frames customers - don't worry - we're not going away. We are just adding another website (focused on established photographers) to our picture frame arsenal.
We are nearing completion of our new website, FramesForPhotography.com, that will be devoted to serving our #photographer and #artist friends. The website will include member-only pricing on #pictureframes and components, member rewards, an extended picture frame collection above and beyond what we offer on our craigframes.com site, volume discounts, frame component upgrades, and more! We are very excited to better serve photographers through this new website!!! Stay tuned. (And in the meantime will you pass us on to those around you?)

We're adding new picture frames to our website almost daily! Today we had babies on the brain.
Pink or blue? Either way, we've got a picture frame for that! Visit http://www.craigframes.com for more info!

Just one more project to keep ourselves busy with in 2012!!!
We're toying with the idea of doing an "Artist of the Week (or Month)" promo/link on our website to promote all the great artists and photographers in our area and/or that we do business with across the country. Thoughts?

When lions attack.
Thought my Photogrphy friends would enjoy these, taken by my cousin Paul Goldstein at his camp Kicheche. His description:

‘Two Belgian Photographers had dropped their tripod from their vehicle. It would have taken a couple of seconds to retrieve, unfortunately for them the lions were there in one. It took a little while for them to realize it wasn’t a meal before they used the camera for what it was intended for. Remarkably one young male managed to erect the tripod before setting up the shot.

Paul added. ‘The photographers did get their battle-scarred gear back after 15 minutes. The camera astonishingly still worked but is unlikely to fetch much on eBay now.’ Paul also stresses ‘ these are totally genuine. If anyone wishes to check the raw files they are welcome to, there is no digital sorcery or fraudulent manipulation involved."

Has anybody else seen work by Andy Spencer? A creative new approach to picture framing. Saw him on a recent trip to Idaho. Amazing stuff! #StoneWorksByAndySpencer
