Day 44 of Insanity and I am loving the results. I will admit that I had a few days that I just didn't want to do it but I would read the posts on here and luckily I have some friends to motivate me as well and I got them done. It is so good to have an end in sight and I'm sure I'll be doing Insanity again once I finish. I do have a Tough Mudder event in just 4 days. I'm trying to decide if I should still try and do a workout the day before and also if I should try starting my workout the day after. I'm sure I'll be too tired after Tough Mudder to do Insanity. I guess the question is, should I rest the day before and after an event or keep pushing?
