Great place for a classic American breakfast all day long. Almost everything comes with a side of pancakes! They also serve lunch and dinner. Don't forget to try the Big B Challenge which is an omelette featuring 12 eggs, 3 meats, 2 cheeses, green pepper and onion. Served with toast or 3 small pancakes.

Wonderful little place. Should advertise more. We didnt know about this place, just happened to see it driving by. Worth the trip from the downtown. Great food, great decor, great service. Our waitress, Carla was so upbeat amd friendly. We will visit Muskegon again, and this place will for sure be on our foodie list.

As a local, have gone to mr. B's many times for breakfast. Today I took my 84yo Dad for breakfast. The guy who seated us was rude to my Dad. He has tattoos on his knuckles "HOPE" and "LOVE". This place makes sure everyone knows they are "Christian" and ostentatiously display it on their very large chalkboards and on their placemats. My Dad knew the owner and wanted to let him know he was there, so asked to speak with the mgr. Waitress said the kid who seated us was the manager. Dad said never mind. Kid came over anyway and kept pushing "what the problem was". Dad is very hard of hearing, so he really didn't want to speak with this boy. He kept on. Dad told him he didn't want to talk to him and to please go away. He said, "this is my place. I don't have to leave". I asked him to please leave as he was upsetting my Dad. He just continued to push, posture and bully my Dad, I asked him to please walk away. He told us to leave. REALLY! One thing which bothers me is someone who claims to be "Christian" but are false or hypocrites. I feel that maybe this place does not really display the Christian characterisics of virtue, forgiveness, understanding, etc, but rather pridefully and ostentatiously exhibit the "idea" of being Christian as a way to increase profit as this is what we sometimes look for, right? How easy would it have been to just walk away and let my Dad be rather than continue to force the issue. O.K., I leave it to you. If you stand on principle and believe in what is "right" and "honest, then you decide if this place is worth supporting. Cherokee has breakfast that is just as good and they are open longer hours. At a minimum, when you look at the very large artwork on the chalkboards that scream, "We are a Christian business", maybe you will see it a bit differently........ My Dad was born and raised here. He won't go back because of the insult he suffered by this little pretender.

Mr. B's has a long lasting, excellent history in Muskegon and is still the best breakfast restaurant in town. They recently won Celebrated Cinema's best service award for 2013 as well! All restaurants should have good food right?! Well we continue to go back to Mr. B's for their breakfast and lunch items. In fact, I love getting breakfast for lunch too! On top of amazing food, their service is top notch. We have always had a pleasant server and a great experience. If something isn't right, they'll take care of you. And we love seeing Mr. B himself greeting people and saying hello! Our family always looks forward to going here!

Driving through on my way back to Missouri decided to try Mr. B's. The restaurant was clean and fragrant of brewing coffee. The waitress was very warm and polite. No complaints whatsoever. Now I read these reviews and wonder whether they are BS solicited posts. So for really real on the tippy tip Mr. B's is good stuff.
