$1 oysters for happy hour is a rip off. Out of the 6 we ordered (can only order in increments of 6), only 1 was good size, the rest were mediocre. Also tasted fishy. Meh passss. Drinks were fine. Service is friendly. Enjoyed the atmosphere.

Instead of spending outrageous amount of money for NYE covers, a few friends and I decided to order a bottle of fancy champagne to toast the night away! Not sure if would come back anytime soon (super pricey) but I did remember the staff being extremely friendly!

Reliable place for evening drinks and a bit of fun. Definitely go with the ahi tuna - the reviews are all spot on.

District was my go-to for dinner/wine with my friends, family, and boyfriend when I lived in SoMa. I love it! They have an exquisite selection of wines from all over the world. Their offerings don't break the bank, and their sommeliers are down to earth. As far as food goes I live ordering 4-5 dishes for the table and enjoying them family style. My favorites are the Cheese Fondue, pizzetta's, the cast iron shrimp calabrese, and the Ahi Tuna Tartare. As far as atmosphere goes it's got an industrial look, with a sleek bar and modern seating. You can choose to sit at the bar or a high table or relax on one of their many comfortable couches.

A good selection of wines. The menu offers a great opportunity to taste a flight of reds/whites, i would suggest that you seize that opportunity. Maroccan meatballs and tuna tartar = top notch. Nice atmosphere and not too crowded.
