So, how does Muscato explain the fact that in California (not a highly religious state), the citizens voted to limit marriage to one man and one woman. It was a court decision, by one of the most radically liberal courts in the US that overturned the proposition.

The whole idea of federalism is for the states to be allowed to make these types of decisions based on what the local citizens felt was important.

The Constitution is a document that is supposed to govern the the relationships of the Federal Gov't and the people, and the Federal Gov't and the States. It is not, and was never meant to be, a document that governed the relationships of one person and another.

The First amendment only states that Congress shall establish no religion. It says nothing about the States. Any powers not given to the Federal Gov't devolve to the States and the people. It would, in my opinion, be Constitutional for a State to establish a State religion. It was a Supreme Court ruling that "interpreted" the first amendment to mean a separation of Church and State.

"He said that the 88-cent statistic was misleading because it aggregates the salaries of White House staff members at all levels, including the lowest levels, where women outnumber men."

Gee. Do you think that might also be true of the statistics our Prevaricator in Chief might be using?
A recent study, by the conservative American Enterprise Institute, showed that female White House staff members make on average 88 cents for every dollar a male staff member earns.

Yeah. No one would ever be able to hack into that ...

And of course, once you assume guns have that control, then people without a bracelet can "play" with a live weapon. Like kids, for instance. Except that the gun that they're playing with is a "old style" un-controlled gun. Oops. More dead kids....

This guy's a flat-out #moron.
Attorney General Eric Holder said on Friday that gun tracking bracelets are something the Justice Department (DOJ) wants to explore as part of its gun control efforts.
